We offer full refunds or exchanges for a different product size if the item is sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Return or Exchange
- Send your request to pufff.contact@gmail.com or via our Instagram account.
- Return the item in its original condition and packaging.
- Ensure all tags are intact and the item shows no signs of use.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your returned item.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note that personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item does not meet our standards or shows signs of wear or damage.
As for underwear, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172, underwear is included in the goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange (return) if they do not satisfy consumers for any reason.
